Recd the 10th AAO 1, a few weeks. Like any other place that I do not, I feel the air blower. Some other people said that their fan is too noisy, etc. So I do not know what is happening with the fan. I have many e-mails to Acer, and they were no help and asked me to call Acer, which I did. Very hostile there are people who do not seem to want help at all. Multiple calls for a long time on the ice, cut several takeoffs and finally spoke with someone, "say yes", the fan was not working all the time, although I could not hear. So right now I do not know what the hell is wrong with the fan. Some programs should be installed on the computer that were not installed. Aver and over again, get the programs from floppy disk recovery. There was no recovery disk attached? Moreover, there is no DVD / CD player. No way to play DVDs, if you make an external drive as MS Media Player is not installed to play DVD movies. Acer aspires to play a few other programs to load the DVD. In less than 2 weeks after me, the screen went black. I called technical support in Texas, and she told me that I need to withdraw fully from the ship back for 7 to 10 days.
